#1 Rule - Own Your Own Social Media Accounts
Frequently we run into businesses who have had social media accounts created for them by a third party, but they have lost admin access and no longer have ownership over their accounts.
Once you lose admin access to a Facebook Business page, if there isn’t another admin on the account who will give you back access, you cannot get it back. Take our advice and take ownership over your Social Media accounts!
#2 Rule - Write Your Login Information Down
It’s important to note that Facebook really doesn’t have much of a customer service team even for business pages. We’ve worked with clients who have lost admin access of their business page, and even after hours and hours of attempts to regain access, have been unsuccessful.
